This privacy notice covers how Entertact, LLC processes information when you visit entertact.com or engage through related activities including sales, marketing, and events.
Personal information provided includes: names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, contact preferences, contact or authentication data, job titles, and company names.
The company does not process sensitive information.

Automatically collected data includes Internet Protocol addresses, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device names, country, location, and usage patterns.
Log and usage data includes diagnostic information, IP addresses, device information, browser type, settings, and activity timestamps.
Device data includes computer/phone/tablet information such as IP addresses, identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, ISP, mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration.
Location data may be precise or imprecise depending on device type and settings. Users can disable location collection, though certain service features may become unavailable.

For EU/UK residents: Processing relies on consent, performance of contracts, legitimate business interests (sending special offers, displaying personalized advertising, analyzing service usage, supporting marketing, diagnosing problems, understanding user behavior), legal obligations, and vital interests.
For Canadian residents: Processing is permitted through express or implied consent, with limited exceptions for fraud detection, business transactions, witness statements, identifying injured persons, financial abuse concerns, legal breaches, court orders, employment contexts, journalistic purposes, and publicly available information.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
Personal information is retained as long as necessary for stated purposes or as required by law. When no legitimate business need exists, information is deleted, anonymized, or securely stored and isolated until deletion is possible.

The company does not knowingly collect data from or market to individuals under 18 years of age. EEA/UK residents may complain to their Member State or UK data protection authority.
Swiss residents may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Withdrawing consent: Users may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the company. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing before withdrawal or processing under other legal bases.
Opting out of marketing: Users can unsubscribe from marketing communications by clicking unsubscribe links in emails or contacting the company. Service-related messages and non-marketing communications may continue.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most browsers accept cookies by default. Users may configure browsers to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect certain features.

No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized. The company does not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms communicating choices not to be tracked. Future compliance with adopted standards will be disclosed in revised privacy notices.

California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia residents have specific rights regarding personal information access.

Retention periods: Information is retained as long as the user maintains an account with the company.
California residents may request information under Civil Code Section 1798.83 about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing and names/addresses of recipients. Residents under 18 with registered accounts may request removal of publicly posted unwanted data by providing their email and California residency statement.
CCPA Privacy Notice (California Residents)
